Just a little step by step...
1: Go to Karazhan in Deadwind Pass (left of Swamp of Sorrows)
2: Accept and complete both quests u find here, they are completed in the area
3: Accept the new quest and go to Dalaran (the big purple bubble thing NW of Tarren Mill) here u will find a dude from a faction called the Violet Order talk to him and get the new quest
4: Go to Shattrath (middle) and talk to Khadgar and get the SL quest
5: Go to SL and right next to last boss Murmur you will find an arcane container, if u are carefull u can kill it without getting Murmur on your necks... i recommand you kill him though
6: You will now need to go get the two next fragments in the Steamvaluts (auch) and Arcatraz (TK)
SV: the frangment is in the left side of the lake you find right before first boss
Arca: right after first boss in a blue room on right side
7: When both fragments are optained go to Khadgar and get the BM quest... this is the hardest one
8: Find skilled group for bm....
9: Clear BM and be sure to speak to Medivh afterwards... take your time time to read what he tells you its kind of a laugh
